Warum wird mein shopify-zap nicht bei neuen kundenkonten ausgelöst?

Ein neues Dokument für diesen Nutzer wird in einer Cloud Firestore-Sammlung erstellt, das die Shopify-Kundendaten enthält.Ich habe diesen Zap ohne Fehler getestet und veröffentlicht. Er wird jedoch nur während der Tests in Zapier ausgelöst. In Schritt 1 (Kundenkonto aktiviert > Testen > Mit ausgewähltem Datensatz fortfahren) wird der Zap erfolgreich ausgeführt, wenn er mit bestehenden Kundendaten getestet wird.
