The Gainsight Community feels like Home to me. Anyone can take part - including the occasionally socially awkward people like me 😅. In joining, I found what I like to call my « external colleagues », which make such a difference for those of us in one-man band operations.The time you spend helping out you get back tenfold as these interactions make you a better, sharper and more thoughtful CSOps or Digital CS practitioner. -- There’s obviously a longer story behind this. And it goes like this:I really did struggle with the concept of Community initially. It just didn’t feel natural to me (for many reasons). Why should I expose my struggles in public, right? Couldn’t have been more wrong… I started with idea posting for something that was already possible and I haven’t figured (that was a bit of a shame moment for me, but that’s just not the vibe here), which was followed by posting more ideas for things that didn’t exist with very little votes. And also do deeper topic/theme analysis to identify trending themes in the community?I’m trying to understand if the only way is to involve data engineers or maybe there’s already a nice tool for this. I know Orbit could do this, but it’s no longer available after acquisition.

Not Able to Upload Candidate Resumes to Bamboohr From Cognito Forms?

I have a website that uses Cognito Forms to collect job applications, which I then want to forward to BambooHR as new candidate applications. The reason for this is that Bamboo's styling is limited, so we prefer to use Cognito Forms to collect the data. I’m using BambooHR’s API found here - https://documentation.bamboohr.com/reference/add-new-candidate I have managed to successfully submit candidate applications from Cognito to Bamboo, but I receive an error when trying to transfer/upload the candidate’s resume or cover letter. The variable names seem to be correct, but I receive the following error:Based on Bamboo’s documentation, this is an unprocessable entity.I have tried loading a publicly accessible URL and uploading to SharePoint first, and then getting the SharePoint file to load as well. I’ve been struggling with this problem for weeks. Does anyone have any solutions here?
