Demo ModerateKit with Gainsight:
 

1. Create a new Topic (question or conversation), or reply to an existing Topic.
2. Go over to https://moderatekit.zapier.app/moderation-output and find your Topic or Reply
3. Read through the output to review the moderation, you will be able to see:
   • The moderation summary
   • Original post, including title, content, topic (topic only), category (topic only), and public tags (topic only)
   • Improved title, content, topic (topic only), category (topic only), and public tags (topic only)
   • Timestamp
   • Moderator Tags (internal tagging for Gainsight Moderator use)
   • Moderation Labels (an internal label for Gainsight Moderator use)
   • ModerateKit version (handy when talking to ModerateKit support or debugging false positive and false negatives)
