What happened to the "Find a Subscriber in Klaviyo" event?

There used to be a “Find a Subscriber in Klaviyo” event when creating a Zap involving Klavyio, but I can’t seem to find it anymore. I would prefer this option over “Find a Profile in Klaviyo.”

Is there another way to go about this? Or does anyone know what happened to it?

Hello! It's understandable that you're looking for the "Find a Subscriber in Klaviyo" event for your Zap setup. Unfortunately, it appears that Klaviyo has updated its Zapier integration, and the "Find a Subscriber in Klaviyo" event may have been deprecated or replaced with "Find a Profile in Klaviyo." Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue: 1. **Check Klaviyo's Documentation**: Sometimes, integrations get updated, and event names or functionalities change. Reviewing Klaviyo's documentation or their Zapier integration guide might provide insights into any changes made. 2. **Contact Klaviyo Support**: If the documentation doesn't clarify the situation, contacting Klaviyo support directly can help. They can provide detailed information on whether the "Find a Subscriber" event has been removed or renamed. 3. **Use "Find a Profile in Klaviyo"**: While it might not be the exact event you were looking for, "Find a Profile in Klaviyo" often serves a similar purpose. You can use this event to retrieve subscriber information based on various criteria. 4. **Explore Alternative Triggers/Actions**: Depending on what you're trying to achieve, there might be other triggers or actions within Klaviyo's Zapier integration that can fulfill your needs. 5. **Community Forums**: Sometimes, other users in the community might have faced similar issues and found workarounds.
